Marriage Proposal

Today i'm gonna write about a romantic marriage proposal... from (Shao Wen & Hui Wen)

Huiwen is a colleague of mine in this company, known her for quite some time oredi.. hehe.. Juz on mondae.. she was smiling so happily to me.. And when she held her hand up for me to see.. Oh mine! A diamond ring.. 0.5 carat.. but it's actually a huge solitare.. hehe.. nice diamond ring i sld say.. and the one she wanted so much to have it. Her fiance had brought for her for quite a while.. and she was waitin for the moment when he proposed to her.. And he did!

27th January 2006 Sat

It all happened on sat evening.. huiwen got no clue that her bf is goin to propose to her.. as usual she called up her bf and meet up in an hr later.. Her bf told her to meet her at the junction and being a special day.. they both took a cab to the place.. 'Orchid Garden'.. Inside there is a restaurant.. so the cab uncle was askin them if they been to the place before.. and only her bf answered yes once..

Huiwen was filled with a puzzled look becoz she din heard of him goin to Orchid Garden.. even w/o her along... So she was led by her bf (as is term 'Lao Gong' now) to the restaurant.. they were assigned to a rather private session with partion apart from the rest of the diners. So they were going through the menu and ordered.. After the waitress had went off, her bf said to her: "Today, you'll meet someone special." And she replied, "Who???" Her first initial thought was her bf's uncle.. and her bf answered her, "Your future husband!" And he kneel down and proposed to her with the RING! yes yesh... it's a rather emotional feeling erupted for huiwen and tears were rolling down her cheeks.. and w/o saying much the ring was in her hand! And her bf was trembling in the process of giving her the orchid flower... (Wonder y not the rose? It's definitely unique!) :)

Upon hearing this story from her on MON... i think i came frm sch.. so Naz had heard everything from huiwen oredi.. so i was like feeling so excited for her.. luckily we're in a workplace if not we would be so noisy all together feeling so excited!

Now she'll be named Mrs Lee liao! Haha.. and she's afraid of being called that after married.. tat'll presume she's old liao.. but hey hey.. it's right stage to be.. sooner or later.. there'll be kids for her to handle.. Oh.. not to mention she's a good cook! So perhaps, next time i muz learn some cooking skills or food receipes from her liao! She said.. the only way to tie your husband is to tie his stomach! Haha.. good delicious food that your husband will be on time home to eat after work..

Haha.. i would say.. from their r/ship to their future ahead.. they are very simple two lovey dovey couples la.. so nothing complicated will arise and they'll have all our blessings for their eternal love. Looks like i muz save a wedding fund liao.. haa.. to prepare her wedding in Dec.. plus my cousin one also.. And also naz and her bf... now they been officially engaged too! :) Double happiness for them.

Well i guess the greatest happiness to be with the person you love and loves you, a good character to begin with, the importance of give and take to each other and together they walk hand in hand till they grow old together.

So the wedding vow... when i first heard it during my cousin ROM.. i think it's somethin that makes me cry.. to be standing infront of the ppl that loves you and that special someone that you love and the wedding vow proclaims the strength of love for the rest of their marraige life. The words are so real and touching...
